The Optical Fiber EndFace Cleaning Machine employs a dual-channel cleaning system combining liquidsolutions with gas purification.Featuring aninjection channel (liquid solution+clean gas)and an absorption channel(contaminant removal+exhaust),the machine operates through athree-stage process First,pressing the cleaningswitch activates the injection channel to spray high-efficiency fber end face cleaning solution,rapidly dissolving oilresidues and contaminants Subsequently,dust-free gas is injected to dislodge these dissolved contaminants whilesimultaneously purifying the air.The absorption channel then instantly captures and expels the exhaust gases alongwith debris,ensuring complete dust-free operation of the fber end face This innovative design fundamentally resolvescontamination issues and eliminates secondary pollution from sleeve groove debris.
