2. Cable Construction
The multi-layer design ensures both high dielectric strength and rugged durability.
Conductor: High-conductivity Class 2 stranded compacted circular Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC).
Conductor Screen: Semi-conducting material to minimize electrical stress at the conductor interface.
Insulation: XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene), providing high thermal stability and excellent dielectric properties.
Insulation Screen: Strippable or bonded semi-conducting layer.
Metallic Screen: Copper tape or copper wire screen for fault current carrying and grounding.
Inner Liner / Bedding: Extruded PVC or PE to protect the inner cores from the armor.

YJV22: Double Steel Tape Armor (STA) – Best for radial pressure resistance (Direct burial).
YJV32: Galvanized Steel Wire Armor (SWA) – Best for longitudinal tensile strength (Vertical or high-pull installations).
Outer Sheath: Heavy-duty PVC (ST2) or PE (Flame retardant, UV resistant, and anti-termite options available).
