Experimental Standard

    We always take product quality to the first priority. Our principle of giving no way to even the tiniest defect is implemented throughout our production process. To achieve the best quality for our customers, we applied the most advanced manufacturing equipments and mechanical and environmental testing equipments in our factory.

To ensure the best quality, the highest reliability, Bynet equipped itself with a series of the most advanced equipment in a collaborative quality control center, which includes several labs and a number of mobile QC working stations.

 

Scientific QC Mechanism

Based on the experience and practice we accumulated over the past 20 years, we have developed a highly effective and running-smooth QC working system accustoms to our genes. We keep upgrading and adjusting our QC structure according to the latest scientific guidelines and related standards, so as to ensure that we're always up with the standard the market requires at the time.

 

Serious Attitude and Rigorous Doings

Each operator working on QC positions has to finish their training course and pass a professional skill assessment. Constant training lectures help QC employees get guidelines and principles firmly embedded in their minds. We take a series of measures to help each of them build a rigorous mindset before QC doings. We did a lot on quality and we're doing more because we do care.

    High and low temperature circulation test

    The product is tested under temperature of -40~85℃ (or other temperature) for up to 2000 hours under different temperature environment.

    High temperature and humidity test

    The product is tested at 85℃&85%RH (or other temperature and humidity) for up to 2000 hours in high temperature and humidity environment.

    High temperature and pressure test

    The product is tested at 110℃& 0.15mpa &95%RH for 168 hours in high temperature and high pressure environment test.

    Online environment portfolio test

    This test combination on-line monitors the real-time high-low temperature cycle data of products at -40~85℃ (or other temperature).

    Water pressure test

    This tests the reliability of the product under 10MPa or higher water pressure.
